Christy is the Founder and President of CWL Consulting Group.  Her experience is grounded in a successful 20-year career with Gap, Inc. holding various senior leadership level roles in Old Navy’s field organization and corporate office. She has managed a $1.4B operation with over 240 stores and 9,000 employees across North America and designed and implemented talent, employee engagement, real estate, store operational, and product strategies for all stores in US and Canada. 

 

With her diversified and balanced cross-functional experience, she has developed expertise in brand development, strategic planning, organizational structure, learning & development, talent planning, employee engagement, operational & logistic strategies, risk assessments, and business analytics across many types of industries. 

 

Personal and professional development and education is important to Christy. In addition to completing her MBA from NYIT, Christy is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She is recognized as an expert in the HR field with mastery of strategic and policy-making aspects of HR management.  She has breadth and depth of knowledge in all HR disciplines, and understands business issues beyond the HR function.  She has a fierce commitment to her clients’ success.
