Christy is the Founder and President of CWL Consulting Group, LLC. She partners with organizations to envision possibilities, activate their people, execute with excellence, and achieve breakthroughs to move from where they are today to where they would like to be in the future.

Christy has more than 25 years of experience building infrastructures for growing businesses focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, HR compliance, change management, employee engagement, and coaching and development of executive and senior leaders. 

Her diversified and balanced cross-functional experience is grounded in a successful 24-year retail career holding various senior leadership across multiple functions. She successfully led a $1.4B business with over 240 stores and 9,000 employees across North America. 

Professional development and education are essential to Christy. In addition to completing her MBA from NYIT, Christy is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) professional. She attends Cornell's Center of Advanced HR Studies. She has completed Compensation Studies, HR Transformation, and Senior Human Resource Leadership certifications.

Christy is an expert in the HR field with mastery of strategic, transformation, and policy-making aspects of HR management. She has breadth and depth of knowledge in all HR disciplines and understands business issues beyond the HR function. She has a fierce commitment to her clients' success.

Christy is a dynamic, authentic leader who leads with significance to bring purpose to work and impact others. Leading with significance is the core of who she is, what she does, and how she serves.
